This executive residence was in need of a facelift. Urban Escape worked closely with A Total Concept Landscape Architects and a pool builder to renovate this garden and pool. Curved ends of the existing pool were removed and straightened to create a contemporary lap pool with a large entertaining deck and outdoor kitchen. The rear of the site was extensively retained to provide a grass area for pets and children. Travertine tiles and glass fencing were extensively used in this project. Security features were added including video intercom, and wrought iron gates incorporated in to the street frontage. All these features combined have made this project into the LCA of NSW 2007 Landscape Construction of the Year - Residential.
